**Hardeep Braich**

Hardeep is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) from the University of British Columbia and has held his mortgage broker license since 2018. Before joining Axium Capital, Hardeep worked as a National Commercial Finance Manager for COBS Bread and prior to that worked as a General Manager of a Wellness Centre as well as progressed through various roles with TD Bank, specializing in commercial lending, residential financing and business development.

Mr. He is a finance and accounting professional with over 10 years of experience in diverse areas of assurance, accounting, corporate finance, and capital markets, including extensive experience in seeking growth capital from overseas institutions. Mr. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Aslet Capital Inc. as well as ARCpoint Inc. and as the chief financial officer of Vortex Metals Inc.
